For McKenzie Friends
Give clients a clearer system—and give your own service an advantage.
Offer litigants in person a practical co-parenting system, review better-organised records when they grant access, and make your support easier to distinguish from a service built around scattered screenshots.
The practical problem
Clients often arrive with long message chains, partial screenshots and no reliable chronology. That makes already-limited preparation time harder to use well.
What a paid plan changes
A practical extra for clients managing their own case
One active client family from £15 per month
Visibility among parents looking for lower-cost family support
See the workflow
Review organised records when a parent grants access.
The portal can show the wider thread and surrounding context. It does not decide what is relevant, create court-approved evidence or replace your professional judgment.

How it fits
From client setup to read-only review
At the start
Allocate an included active family seat and give the client joining instructions.
During support
The family uses one shared system for messages, handovers, diary entries and documents.
When review is needed
A parent separately grants your verified account read-only access. Access remains under the parent's control.
When support ends
Revoke the sponsored app access and reuse the available capacity for another active family.
Free access and paid plans
Viewing a record is free. Providing the app and promoting your service are paid.

Recommended starting plan
Starter: 1 active client family — £15/month
One active family seat covers both parents in one linked family. Seats are concurrent capacity: revoke sponsored access when support ends and reuse the released capacity.
Paid visibility
What a paid Get Help placement currently includes
Category-specific placement
Emma manually publishes your listing in the relevant Get Help category after reviewing the submitted details.
Plan-based position
Higher-tier paid plans are placed above lower-tier paid plans and basic commercial entries. Essential public-interest resources remain available.
Logo, tagline and website action
The checkout collects your logo, website, category and short tagline. Outbound links include UTM campaign parameters for referral identification in your own analytics.
No exclusivity or guaranteed enquiries. The current service does not include a partner analytics dashboard or monthly performance report. Those benefits will not be advertised until the supporting reporting exists.
“Featured Partner — paid placement” identifies advertising. It does not mean The Coparent App has endorsed or guaranteed a provider, its advice, outcomes or safeguarding practice.
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you choose
Does the app produce court-approved evidence?
No. The app helps organise records, but it is not court approved and does not guarantee that any material will be admitted or relied on.
Does one seat cover both parents?
Yes. One active family seat provides app access for both parents in one linked family.
Can I reuse a seat?
Yes. Seats are concurrent active-family capacity. You can revoke sponsored access when support ends and use the released capacity for another family.
Can I use the portal without paying?
Yes. Free verified professional access lets you review a family record after a parent grants permission. It does not include family seats or a Get Help business listing.
