This page explains how to manage your privacy choices and request deletion of your account and personal data.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account by:
- using the in-app deletion option, if available; or
- emailing info@thecoparent.app from the email address linked to your account.
Please include your full name, registered email address, and a clear statement that you want your account deleted.
What we delete
When we action a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymise your account data and associated personal data unless we need to retain some information for lawful reasons such as security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, legal compliance, safeguarding, or legal claims.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.
