£9 per month for your whole family

One parent pays once. Both linked parents receive access to the shared family space—without separate subscriptions, annual prepayment or feature tiers.

The subscription belongs to the linked family thread. If either parent subscribes, both parent accounts can use the shared space at no additional charge.

  • Boundary Mode, Quiet Mode and AI-assisted communication
  • Shared calendar, expenses, receipts, photos and documents
  • Handover and check-in records with proof photographs
  • 120 voice and video minutes each month
  • Court-ready family-history exports while subscribed
  • Read-only professional access when the family grants permission

What does the family subscription include?

Communication controls

Permanent messaging, AI-assisted rewrites, Boundary Mode for repeated unanswered messages and Quiet Mode for notification boundaries.

Everyday organisation

Shared calendars, parenting events, expenses, receipts, child information, photographs and documents in one family space.

Calls and handovers

120 monthly voice/video minutes, scheduled meetings, check-in records, GPS information where permitted and handover proof photographs.

Clear records

Chronological family-history exports designed to be easier to review than disconnected screenshots. A court decides admissibility and weight.

Professional access

A family can grant an approved professional read-only access to relevant records without adding them to the parents’ conversation.

Support and safeguarding

In-app guidance, professional resources and sponsored access for families who would otherwise struggle to pay.

How Starter Access works

Starter Access lets a newly linked family try the basic shared space before either parent subscribes. It is intentionally limited: the app currently presents a five-message starter allowance, while uploads, voice/video calls and premium family tools remain locked.

Important: Starter Access is not a separate permanent free plan. When either linked parent purchases the family subscription, the same shared family thread is unlocked for both parents.

Cancellation, expiry and exports

How to cancel

Subscriptions renew through Google Play or the Apple App Store until cancelled. The paying parent manages cancellation in the same store used for purchase.

When access ends

Cancellation stops future renewal. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. The app may provide a short operational grace period before subscription features become unavailable.

Family-history exports

Formatted family-history exports are included while subscribed. After expiry, a user can renew or purchase a single export separately; the store currently presents a UK price of £18 where the product is available.

A statutory personal-data or account-deletion export is separate from the optional formatted court-ready family-history export and is not made conditional on purchasing the £18 product.

How does £9 family pricing compare?

Many co-parenting apps advertise a price for one parent even though two parents normally need active accounts. Comparing the whole-family total gives a clearer picture.

OurFamilyWizard prices and inclusions checked on its official UK plans page on 2 August 2026. Competitor prices can change. What if £9 per month is still unaffordable?

Families experiencing genuine financial hardship can apply for sponsored access. Places are limited and assessed individually, so access cannot be guaranteed. Professionals and community sponsors can also fund family places.

Pricing questions

Do both parents have to pay?

No. One £9 monthly subscription unlocks the linked family thread for both parent accounts.

Is there an annual contract?

The consumer family plan is presented as a monthly app-store subscription. It renews until the paying parent cancels it through the relevant store.

Can the other parent see who paid?

The subscription applies to the shared family thread. Billing is handled by the paying parent’s app-store account; the other parent does not need to purchase separately.

Are court-ready exports included?

Yes, formatted family-history exports are included while the family subscription is active. After expiry, users may renew or buy one export separately where that product is available.

Does “court-ready” mean court approved?

No. Court-ready means the information is organised for review. A court or other decision-maker determines whether evidence is relevant, admissible and persuasive.

Can a professional provide free access?

Eligible verified professional partners can provide client access through an approved partner arrangement, subject to their available seats and the programme terms.
